1. Responsibilities:
- Develop new markets and customers in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
- Monitor and manage daily tasks; provide reports to the Line Manager.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks effectively.
- Create business plans with customers to align with company strategies and drive market growth.
- Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to research and develop new products based on market trends and customer requirements (including OEM products).
- Manage and control export costs within defined limits.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and develop new markets/customers in the assigned regions.
- Support staff in problem-solving.
- Train and manage team members.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
2. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Economics, Business Administration, or related fields (graduates from FTU, UEH, UEL are preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Export Sales.
- Fluency in Chinese is mandatory (proficiency in English is an advantage).
3. Salary:
- Negotiable
4. Working Hours:
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday: 100% WFH).
